-
This is EKC’s most powerful virtual model for professional learning—designed to bring coherence, feedback, and long-term sustainability to every corner of your school’s literacy practice.
Your school will begin and end the year with a senior EKC strategist, setting clear success measures, tracking progress, and planning next steps. Every educator participates in a custom certification cohort, receiving regular, expert feedback on their learning and practice.
Meanwhile, leaders gain real-time insight into how instruction is evolving across the school—with targeted support for planning, coaching, and documenting progress.
And because lasting change needs strong systems, this tier includes the creation of a bespoke Literacy Handbook and a custom onboarding pathway for future staff—so your school’s vision continues, even through transitions.

-
The Continuity Partnership isn’t just professional learning — it’s the structure that makes sustained, aligned growth possible.
With this tier, your school gains a fractional Director of Teaching and Learning: an EKC strategist who partners with you year-round to provide expert, contextualized feedback to teachers, while also supporting leaders with alignment checks, trend reports, and instructional insights that inform walkthroughs, evaluations, and strategic planning.
Teachers receive personalized, on-the-go feedback through lesson reviews, Padlets, and WhatsApp coaching. Leaders get a real-time view of what’s happening in classrooms — without needing to be in every room, every week.
The result? Schoolwide clarity. Strategic alignment.
And leadership that feels supported — not stretched.Leaders already have a million things on their plate.
This isn’t just about teacher support — it’s the kind of partnership that makes instructional leadership feel sustainable again.Think of it as a cross between a VP, an instructional coach, and a Director of Teaching and Learning — with the flexibility and responsiveness your context deserves.

Yes! There are many ways you could use our resources as a whole staff or department. Here are just a few ideas to get you thinking:
Kick-off a staff meeting with one of our “Small Bites” videos to introduce an idea for discussion and exploration as a whole group.
Teaching teams or departments could complete one of the asynchronous courses together and then discuss ways the information could inform practice at your school.
Identify a collective “problem of practice” at your school and then dive into the EKC Community to select courses, resources, or Padlets for a group to explore in search of helpful tools to guide decision making.
Select a literacy planning tool from our collection of planners and have a team of teachers try implementing it.
