Working as an EKC strategist is rewarding - you’ll work with incredible global colleagues, grow professionally, and impact the world.

Interested in Joining the EKC Team?

EKC is seeking part-time strategists to join our global consulting team and our commitment to supporting international schools and empowering multilingual, multicultural communities of PK–12 learners.

EKC values practical, on-the-ground experience as an international school teacher, coach, or leader. Many of our strategists continue to work in schools while contributing to EKC projects, facilitating virtual learning experiences, and occasionally traveling to support school communities around the world.

Working as an EKC strategist is rewarding—you'll collaborate with incredible global colleagues, continue growing professionally, and contribute to work that impacts students, teachers, and schools worldwide.

We do not "press play" on old content, nor do we provide scripts to deliver. We seek thoughtful, creative educators who can customize learning experiences and strategically respond to each school's unique goals, context, and learners.

Our work involves research, collaborative planning, and multiple rounds of feedback with EKC colleagues. This iterative process not only strengthens our work with schools but also helps us generate new knowledge and move important inquiries in international education forward. The creative and collaborative nature of this work is consistently one of the things our strategists value most.

We are particularly interested in educators who:

  • have experience coaching and supporting adult learners

  • are highly effective educators

  • have experience teaching and/or leading in international schools

  • are committed to culturally and linguistically responsive practices

  • are flexible, strategic thinkers who study evidence of learner impact

  • enjoy collaboration, inquiry, and continuous professional growth
