The EKC Bespoke Project Process

  • Book a call:

    We hop on together to discuss your school’s goals, gaps, and opportunities.

  • Project Design:

    From there, we design a unique plan reflecting the growth opportunities we identified during the call.

  • Kickoff:

    Once approved, we kick off the project with a virtual planning meeting where we schedule key sessions, milestones, and measures of success.

  • Implementation:

    Either on-site or virtually, our team will run trainings, workshops, and other services outlined in your EKC Bespoke Project plan.
